When you become a Hilltop member you're not just a number! All classes are coached, programs are provided, you will have access to our online booking program and your results are tracked so you can see your progress. Know more about our tailored classes below.

CrossFit Fundamentals


Our CrossFit Fundamentals program runs over 3 sessions and is almost always run in a 1on1 setting. The course runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm, but if you’re interested in getting started and can’t make the set times, have a chat to us about our “out of hours” options.

During your 1st session, we will explain exactly what CrossFit is, take you through a warm up and do some personal screening, then begin teaching you the skills that emphasis safe and efficient movement and body position, and of course it will include a short but fun Workout Of the Day (WOD). This is the first session of our CrossFit Fundamentals program, easy as that!

After completing all 3 sessions successfully you’ll move into the group sessions (or WODs), that’s when the fun begins and we can show you what CrossFit is really all about!

During the Fundamentals course you will be taken through the foundational movements of CrossFit, basic gymnastics, Olympic and weight lifting techniques and some short WODs. Each Fundamentals course is strictly capped, is coached and supervised to ensure the safest learning environment possible and allows you get the most out of every session. If after the 3 Fundamentals sessions you are not quite confident enough to join the group classes or your movement needs some extra attention, you may repeat any or all of the Fundamentals sessions.

Remember, there are no contracts! If you don’t like it, all it cost you is a little of your time and at the very least, you will get a great workout and build some knowledge. However, if you don’t try it, you could be missing out on an opportunity that could change your life!

SIX4SIX Weightlifting


We are for everyone, from the average Joe to athletes trying to make it to the next level. We are simply every day people with professions outside of the gym.

What we love most is lifting weights, hitting PBs, laughing and having fun. Every now and then we might compete to test ourselves and other times we might just lift for the pure joy of it.

Simply put, if your goal is to go to the Commonwealth or Olympic Games then we can definitely point you in the direction of some great places for top level athletes who will be perfect for your goals. Hilltop CrossFit Youth Program

Hilltop CrossFit Kids and & Teens are strength and conditioning classes designed exclusively for Cubs (5-8), Kids (8-12) and Teens (12+). The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are often to be completed as a group, rather than individually. The Classes are designed to accommodate Cubs, Kids & Teens of all fitness levels and workouts are tailored for the individual.

A qualified and skilled coach supervises and runs the classes. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout, stretch.


We teach proper techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
