We invite you to dive straight into our CrossFit Fundamentals sessions, designed to introduce newcomers to the world of CrossFit in a supportive and structured environment. For those already familiar with CrossFit, we offer a seamless transition into our community, where you can continue your journey towards your fitness goals.

Our CrossFit Fundamentals program runs over 3 sessions and is almost always run in a 1on1 setting. The course runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm, but if you’re interested in getting started and can’t make the set times, have a chat to us about our “out of hours” options.
Hilltop CrossFit Cubs, Kids & Teens programs are movement and fitness designed exclusively for cubs (5-8 years old), kids (8-12 years old) & teenagers (12-16 years old). The Classes are designed to accommodate Cubs, Kids & Teens of all fitness levels and workouts are tailored for the individual.
