Front Squat (10mins to find a FAST triple)

Then @ 60%, 4 x 2-2-2 lifting every 2mins

*performed as “cluster” set of 6 reps per set. 2 squats, hold at top for 10secs, 2 squats, hold at top for 10secs, 2 squats, set finished!

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

EMOM for 18mins

Min 1: # of Box Jumps

Min 2: # of KB Swing (Russian)

Min 3: # of C2B

* Sub bent over row for C2B as needed
