  • 10 wall balls
  • 15 KB swings (24/16)
  • 20 double unders

Scaling option: 3-5 rnds of:

  • 1 wall climb
  • 10 squats w/ wall ball
  • 15 Kb swings (16/12)
  • 20 lat bar hops
