A) Front squat 1RM – 20mins

B) Strict press 1RM – 10mins

C) 2 rounds of:

  • 100 double unders for time (if you don’t have consecutive DU’s – 2min AMRAP of doubles or 2mins trying your arse off to get your first one!!!)
  • No rest, straight into max effort 400m run
  • Rest 2mins between rounds
