Kids & Teens Programs

Hilltop CrossFit Kids and & Teens are strength and conditioning classes designed exclusively for kids (8-12 years old) & teenagers (12-16 years old).  The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are often to be completed as a group, rather than individually. The Classes are designed to accommodate Kids & Teens of all fitness levels and workouts are tailored for the individual.

A qualified and skilled coach supervises and runs the classes. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout, stretch. We teach proper \ techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

  • Thursday 4:00pm (45 minutes)

Hilltop CrossFit Teens (12-16 years): 

  • Tuesday 4:30pm
  • Thursday 5:00pm
  • Saturday 9:30am

2017 Fees (Per Term)

Hilltop CrossFit Kids:

  • 1 class per week – $90

Hilltop CrossFit Teens: 

  • 1 class per week – $100
  • 2 classes per week – $150
  • 3 classes per week – $200
