WOD – Tues 17/12/13

A) EMOM for 8 mins

  • 4 Front Squats @ 60% of 1RM (minimum)

B) With a Partner – 10 rounds each of:

  • 5 air squats
  • 15m forward sprint
  • 5 burpees
  • 15m backwards sprint
  • Rest while partner works
